Choose the Fabric for Your Garment

The right camouflage fabric comes from matching composition, weight and construction to the garment you plan to build, then confirming the roll’s usable width and hand feel before cutting.

Our camouflage fabric range covers polyester/cotton blends, each suited to different weight and handfeel goals. Check the construction and GSM against your garment’s wear conditions before committing to a bulk run.

Usable width can run narrower than the listed roll width once selvedge is trimmed. Ask for a cut sample so your team can test drape, hand feel and pattern layout against your actual pattern pieces.

Approve the Pattern Before Production

Approving camo fabric before bulk printing means locking the pattern reference, repeat size, and color standard against a physical sample, not a screen image.

Send us your pattern reference file along with the repeat size and scale you need. We print camouflage fabrics to the reference you supply; you are responsible for confirming you hold the rights to use that pattern.

Screen colors and printed colors rarely match exactly. Request a physical printed sample under normal light and sign off on it before bulk production starts, since that sample becomes your reference for the full order.

Set Clear Performance Requirements

Clear performance requirements come from agreeing on test methods and acceptance limits up front, not from assuming a printed pattern carries any built-in protection.

Set your acceptance criteria for wash and rub colorfastness, shrinkage, and tensile strength before production begins. Name the test method you expect so results can be compared against a fixed standard rather than a general impression.

A camouflage pattern describes appearance only. It does not establish flame resistance, near-infrared reflectance, waterproofing or compliance with any military standard; each of those needs its own stated requirement and test result.

Prepare Your Bulk-Order Brief

A complete bulk-order brief gives LEVITEX everything needed to quote your fabric accurately and sample it with fewer revisions.

Include end use, composition, weight, width, pattern reference, order quantity and your delivery schedule. The more specific this brief is, the fewer rounds of back-and-forth your order needs before confirmation.

Talk through feasibility and sampling with us before approving a bulk run. Send your pattern reference, fabric specifications and required quantity to LEVITEX, and our team will discuss samples and a quotation with you directly.
